BPNDX fell to only 1 on 10/10/08. Remember it was only PETM that had a buy signal then: Message 25055241 Even though StockCharts.com is showing the bottom number at 2 it was one. Regardless, the point that needs to be made is that the next low number will likely be higher than 1 or 2. We got a low of 1 in 2001. At the final bottom in October 2002 the reading was 8! How long to the next true long term market bottom? RtS
