If you followed this thread a year or so ago, and/or read the balance sheet carefully, you know that the firm carries a significant leverage burden, mainly in the form of leases on capital equipment for its robotization technology. Leverage increases risk; hence, despite its strong revenue performance, NHMCF may appear too risky for many investors until its leases are paid off or its earnings are positive.
