Peter, Don't really care about your complaints or your problems. Don't quite understand why you are getting so upset either. You do have the option of changing services. Anyways, I am perfectly fine with Waterhouse, and have no major complaints. Sometimes their service can get slow, and once in awhile I can't log in. But I do have a pretty fast connection (T1) so webbroker seems pretty good to me (never have to wait 20 seconds), and given that I'm not a day trader the "pending" delay isn't that big of a deal because it rarely happens to me. When buying a Geo Metro, I don't expect a Corvette performance. The same is true with going with a discount broker. Complain all you want. Everybody seems to be doing it. I'm just trying to say that if you want to be a "trader" than Waterhouse or any other discount broker is not the service you want. -Eddie
