Did anybody see Frank Zarb, head of NASD, interview on CNBC today?
My takes were that NASD voted for the
reporting change and has now submitted it to the SEC for approval, which IMO
is a shoe-in. Mr. Zarb pointed out that
this is not a negative for all non-reporting companies. Sue Herrera
asked when this would be completed, and
Mr. Zarb's answer was at the beginning of the new year.
