Thank you for your research on Prop 211 and your very informative post.

The only thing I still wonder about is how the proposition is actually worded. Have you seen a copy of it yet? I haven't.

The only word I'm aware of on its passability potential is from media commentators who have said they don't think it will pass. Not sure where they get their data.

Re Intel: Can anybody summarize the arguments against owning the warrants rather than the stock if you believe that the stock between now and 3/98 will do every bit what it did in the last 1.5 years?

Also - For John Hull: Why did Intel issue warrants? Why warrants? What did Intel get for selling them? Is the dilution of the stock because of these warrants factored into the current eps calculations?
How many warrants are outstanding?
