steve, I believe there is no upbid or uptick rule on the OTC:BB. I could be wrong, I've no experience trading BB's at all. But I know for a fact there is no ut rule on the Nasdaq Small Cap market, and was kind of surprised you were looking for one on BFLY the other day. Barb
