Tom, again, at least Dayton uses clear concise statements. If they are not true then they will be easy to dispute in a court of law (here in the states anyways). There is nothing clear about news releases from our companies. I think Mike W. pretty much hit the nail on the head when he mentioned how it appears these guys look to acquire properties in dispute and then sell stock in those enterprises. Also, don't forget that Dayton is and has been a REAL PRODUCING company... Craig
