My one question for you is this, cause I've been on hold at midnight with CPQ, the company I linked with IOMG, for an inordinate amount of time, did you get the service you felt you needed? Granted the individual might have been stressed, but the ultimate answer from a person who has dealt with servicing customers in one forum or another most of my adult life is...remember if you provide the appropriate service, make the customer happy, that customer will come back, and possibly bring a friend. Two companies I've been happy with is CPQ, and Schwab, CPQ, and I think if you were serviced, your issue favorably resolved, then IOMEGA did well by you, stressed or not.
