I am a BAY shareholder. In fact, I have a lot of shares and this revised deal with Pan Am looks really bad compared to the original one.

We get a lot less value, no exploration units, and a sinking feeling BAY is going to trade under 5$ tomorrow. If it does trade significantly lower, I will vote against the new plan. We've held this long waiting for people to recognize the value, and I think there's better upside potential going it alone.
