Michael,
Where do you get the idea that the past transfer agent sold securities. The fact of the matter is that a few tranfers of shares were done at there offices between the buyer and the seller. That way the buyer could get his shares in name.. The problem arises that those shares in question, were 144 stock that was not accepted by Genesis as being valid...This is all old news, and you need to check prior posts about a month ago..

Again, all in my opinion
