The Put to Call Ratio has been falling


Too bad the data didn't exist in the 1930's. When the P/C was over 1.50 this fall, I figured the bottom was soon like 2002. That was a mistake.

has the Dow chart from 1900. Who know if it can go much lower as a trandline between the lows would suggest.
