The report is secret only to the extent Congress chooses to make it so. The pressure to release the report to the public is going to be tremendous. I have already called my congresscritter's office to remind them that impeachment is a political process, hence the rules of evidence do not apply. PTB P.S. If I were Clinton, I would refuse to pay Kendall's legal bills and sue him for malpractice.
