I'll keep banging the drum on this concept:

"We've moved from Irrational Exuberance into IRRATIONAL DENIAL"

...denial of the lack of earnings & the poor (pro-forma) earnings quality, reduced growth rates, still historically mania-esque valuation multiples, denial and lack of any valuation discount for the present global recessionary environment and any further terrorist acts.
