Looks bullish to me, since those that hold calls hope the stock goes up beyond 60. Then they can buy AMAT for 60, making a profit. Con-
versely, the 60 puts hope it goes down, so they can sell at 60 instead
of the lower market price. The calls outnumber the puts 3 to 1, i.e.
3 times as many bet AMAT will be up.
