Jim you see the CNBC side of A&P tonight? They are going to have a little talk with old Joe on the night report for Thrs... about 7:30 east time. I wonder what A&P feels like now that he has had his T.V. spot on prime time. He did bring up the ECNC issue, think that's the one and another just cant think of what it was. Said that all issues that were bad and needed his style of shorting can count on him beeing there. They also said something about a upcoming Mail Fraud case. You see anything about that one???? IMO, the T.V. spotlight on BB. trading is doing it more harm than good it's allmost like CNBC wants this market down and is trying to talk the NASQ, NYSE, AMEX, ETC, etc. right into the basement.
