Ernie, I am sure Muller is not a seller and that neither are other officers of DCI. If they were selling then 144's would have to be filed. I have called the transfer agent several times, as recent as 1/12/98 and was told that there were not any recent 144's filed. The transfer agent I talked to was even surprised by the lack of any 144's so apparently this must be pretty common with other companies.
