I agree with you. The stock is still acting quite poorly. I just wish I could get a good handle on whether this is mainly a technical problem in the stock market, with stock still being dumped by arbitrageurs, or a serious fundamental problem. In other words where can CIEN sell at in 2 years when this bear market is over and the company's short term problems (if they are short term) are behind them? Having an informed view as to where this company is going fundamentally is critical to understanding whether this is an opportunity at 6-7, if you are right, or not.
