Hi Glenn; I think AMZN can continue to expand into all
kinds of mail-order merchandising simply by taking
advantage of all that expensive bricks and mortar that
the established retailers have.

I, for one, am sick of having to go down to the convenience
store in order to buy ice for the Fourth of July. It would be
much more convenient for me to simply order it by mail,
and then have the US postal service deliver to my door
step using surface postage. The same with all kinds of
things like milk, bread, etc. Heck AMZN could put
thousands of small-time newspaper deliverers out of
business simply by having UPS send me my local
newspaper. I could get Barron's from AMZN and then
could read it on Wednesday or Thursday of the week
it was published, thereby being able to better understand
why certain stocks ran up on Monday. Hey! The
future's so bright, I have to wear shades!
