Just got a call from someone in SYQT informing the special shareholder's meeting in 11/6/97. He asked me to attend the meeting because any absence will be counted as AGAINST the proposal. I asked him what the proposal is, he said it's to increase the share authorized to 240 mil and compensation for certain executive and outside directors.......

I smell rats....
