Don et al, here's the text of CPQ's warning. Message 3627272 Sales will be flat from the year ago Q, earnings will be "breakeven", they are "cautious" about the outlook for the second Q. We should be up another 100 points Monday. Larry Kudlow had a nice sound bite on CNBC a little while ago. He said it's like the boy who cried wolf. All these companies have been warning for the last several Qs, carefully managing expectations. He reminds us that in the story, when there really was a wolf, no one believed it. He seems to think there really is a wolf out there BTW. He is a wise man, no? Bob
