Hi David, We put the jump box there because we changed the URL of messages to reflect the unique message number (within the database), rather than the ordinal (within the subject). Some people had been using the URL to "jump" backward or forward within a subject, so we needed to replace the functionality somehow. Unfortunately the box isn't functional with Explorer 3.0 or earlier. Sorry I took so long w/ your MM suggestion. Just now I modified the Message Manager as you suggested. The "new message" indicator is now a hotlink to the first message not read. I also improved the counting so that "unread messages" = TotalMessages - HighestMessageVisited Previously, the new message formula was "unread messages" = MessagesSinceYouLastClickedOnTheMAINSubject If that makes any sense :) The "To link to this reply, use the following Location:" shows up if and only if you have the Navigation Frame option activated in Message Manager. I'm pretty sure it's browser independent. Brad
