But, I am just trying to come up with scenarios that fit what we do know (tail detaching first, then both engines, two audible rattles on the CVR). Pure speculation on my part, I don't know if it is even possible to get to those places easily.

I would bet that every known individual capable of getting within screwdrivers shot of said bolts would be discreetly interviewed by investigators.

That doesn't mean that we will ever really know whether we interviewed all of them.
