The "...too good to be true..." smell was just a little to pungent on this one, regardless of the technology. Very interesting how the SEC site has been down during all this BS: secinfo.com Thanks for the input. It would appear from comments around the various stock board communities, that these whiz kids in NYC are going to get a little overdue attention from the SEC, and experience some needs for defense attorneys themselves. They may have stepped on one too many toes of some folks who have the "..ooompah,," to do something about it. Have a nice day. John :-) .
