Tommaso, if you have an account directly with Rydex, then you actually own shares in a Master Account Fund they have set up. Within that Master Fund, you can change your allocations twice a day between their leveraged bull or bear funds or a money-market fund.

It's a very unique way to get around the SEC regs, and it works. THere are no fees associated with allocation changes. I believe the min account size is $25,000.
