VoxBox World Telecom Inc. Provides Update on Reseller Agreement With Infinity Mobile USA, Inc.; Reseller Program Forecasts to Deliver Up to Approximately $0.14/Share in Sales
VANCOUVER, BC, Nov 02, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- VoxBox World Telecom, Inc. (OTC: VXBX) today provides update on previously signed reseller agreement with Infinity Mobile USA, Inc. ("Infinity"). With the announcement of the NASCAR sponsorship, and our cross-promotion strategy with Infinity, VoxBox now has a high-profile brand to launch our double play of VoIP and Prepaid Cellular products in over 70,000 stores throughout the U.S. market.
Mr. Prescott, CEO of VoxBox, said: "Infinity is forecasting conservatively, that if 25% of the stores sell one (1) VoxBox/month which would equal 210,000 subscribers in the first year once fully deployed. If Infinity's forecasts are correct based on our lowest subscriber plan of $199.00/year, this could bring our annual revenue up to about $42.0 million a year, or approximately $0.14 a share. This program is being rolled out currently and activating stores weekly."
Infinity (www.infinitymobileusa.com) currently sells prepaid cellular services through thousands of Tier 1 and Tier 11 convenience stores in the United States. In addition, Infinity provides prepaid cellular services to various ethnic markets in the U.S. They currently are branding a Phillipino Prepaid Cellular plan integrated into the work visas of Phillipinos moving to the United States for employment.
