Leon,
When we see 1/2M shares trade in a day I wonder how 3.3M could be right. Until we have a new 10-QSB, I wonder whether the shares or real estate value is right. Here again, one may question the real estate value on the basis that that's one of the best places in America to live (Money Magazine). Some of the real estate has been appraised up 10-fold so far this decade.
You know what they say, uncertainty is the worst thing for the market. It may be that PELT will bounce up on the new 10-QSB whether good news or bad. I mean it's holding steady on lots of uncertainty, isn't it?
