QB1 is not a fade as some had thought it was in the beginning. It will continue to grow over time.

One has to go back a few years when the Cable and Baby Bells were all hyping Interactive TV and how soon it would be in all the Homes. At that time, NTN was ready to supply the content to them and had partnered with some of the companys. Based on what the cable companys and baby bells were telling all, the company made statements
on what they believed held for the company. Now called Forwarded Looking Statements. We all now know that the Cable companys and baby bells did not have the technology ready to go forward. They still are moving forwarder but slowly. NTN will be the leader here in providing content when these companys get there act together. If they do not use NTN then come game day that company will have less viewer in my opinion. Future grow and Revenues from here.

Here is were some BIG $$$ can be made once they get all of thier ducks in order. INTERNET - Pay-to-Play "QB1" and the other Interactive Sports' Games. I believe a person would pay $1 to $2 to play for the chance to win prizes like the current do on AOL, ComUServ and Hospitality locations. Just think of the $$$'s that would flow to the bottom line. Everything is now in place to do it from my understanding except for the arrangement of payment that the company has been looking into or testing. Maybe this is also part of the NFL Contract, a percentage to the NFL.

Sponorship of a Web Page to play Interactive Triva at no cost to player and offering merchadise for sale during the brakes in play.
The selling of merchadise was mentioned during the conference call if I recall.

I believe NTN will be on the Internet in early 1997.

Here is one place NTN had memtioned a year ago it wanted to be on "Direct TV" "the system" anyone would do. At one time they were in talks, I do not know whom with or if they are still in talks. But another area.

How about all Trade Shows, Conventions and anywhere a poll is taken and response time is important. This is something to ponder, Voting.
Go to the polling place, get cleared and vote using a Playmaker with the vote going to companys' HQs with Election Officials in the same room as the computers for security. How much would this save a city, state or Fed is $$$'s Something to think about.

Now I have not mentioned IWN and the possiblities this company holds to help the bottom line in the future.

Jim

P.S. A brake out has to happen at the old high on heavy volume from my understanding. A true brake out would be at $11.00 and something,
the all time high, with heavy volume. That could happen this coming year if the $$$'s hit the bottom line.
