There are two issue, the simple technical issue of having broken to a new low (if it breaks 1), and then the issue of the type of listing it will maintain. Since their assets are substantial, they probably can stay under 1 for 3 months before delisting occur. If they get delegated to the pink sheets, then they become a game of the MM's with typically very large spreads between the bid and ask. Of course, to avoid such a fate they could do a reverse split. Warning, 90% of the time a stock drops quite dramatically after a reverse split, whether or not there are fundamental reasons for the drop.
