Bruce - Re: "Could it be?, AMD is sold out, they can't deliver the chips to another 1st tier." These were K6's ! Not even the K6-2's. A more logical conclusion - AMD was unable to GET ANOTHER MAJOR OEM to use the 300 MHz K6 for a notebook. Paul
