Probably due to uncertainty as to the FIRMNESS of all those orders that were breathlessly reported in earlier press releases. Also, this is a BEAR of a market for small caps. For non-listed small caps, it is even worse! Oh yes, I had this thought. If emissions is the limiting factor for processor efficiency, foreign buyers who don't have clean air act rules to worry about can run them flat-out to maximize their diesel throughput - 900, 1,000 gals/hr. - whatever. Or am I missing something?
