Hi Jrhana! I have found that the best way to be included in a PP is to email the company before they make an announcement, and indicate to them that you would be interested in participating the next time they do a financing. I have been successful with that approach several times during the last year or so, with companies that were fully subscribed but they still found room to allocate a few units to me. If you wait until the news is announced, then the really good PPs will be fully subscribed by the big funds. cheers! COACH247
