Yagnesh,
I don't know if the numbers Yahoo gets from CDA/Investnet include securities underlying options. For example, all of the shares Schacht sold were options he exercised, according to Yahoo. Then when it says he only has 50,000 shares left, I don't know whether that means he's holding only 50,000 shares in both unrestricted common shares AND optionable shares, or whether it doesn't include options.
I would think that a senior executive might want to shed some shares in anticipation of, oh, say a 3-for-1 stock split. Maybe this is a good way for him to get cash, thin his shares in the company, and get a relative tax break to boot.
It is hard to believe that he only holds 50,000 shares, total, in LU.
