Rodney, One other thing to remember is the run rate the last 46 days of Q1 was 289 million I believe. So if they just produce at the same rate as the last 46 days of Q1 then revenues will be 289 million in Q2. But, we know they will continue ramping; and we also know from HMTT (which I don't think is even a sole supplier) that their jaz platter revenue is most likely going to be around 40 million. With a 5 to 1 tie rate with the jaz drives, we can then add 40 million in drive sales to that; this would be over 80 million in combined jaz in Q2.

I predict revenues over 350 million. EPS around .15.
