Terrific post, BA. Excellent to have you aboard whether you decide to buy or not. John Cameron Swayze could have been the chairman of this group without a doubt.Because many of us have sure taken a licking ....and time is ticking. Ya know when I finally sell mine I suspect I'll miss this board more than the stock. An education for me in many ways. Pity that a legend like Kloss had his name misspelled and his history misstated.My brother in law still has a workable pair of AR3As.I guess most audiophile designs these days are reflex. I gave up any search for the audiophile grail years ago. Bought a used pair of Vandersteen's which are far from great, but I really like music through them. If AXC were ever to sky beyond our hopes ( ohboyohboyohboy) I might catch the fever again.
