Went ahead and paid 3.10 for some PAL PDL warrant this morning on the amex. The stock is acting like it has a life of its own -- up 5.3 percent on nearly a million shares thus far (11:18 a.m. Eastern time). I thought, I am paying too much, yes, but Toronto is closed for some silly holiday that has to do with Queen Victoria, so maybe they'll be glad to pay me 4.00 later this week. Seriously, the warrants actually represent a decent value at 3.00 becaue they are two bucks in-the-money. So i am just paying 1.10 for a year and a half of potential (assuming the run doesn't go into reverse gear). Once again, I believe this was a Koan-esque idea which I merely and humbly copied at a less advantageous price than he. Cheers Michael
