The Board of Directors of NASDAQ has proposed new listing requirements. Check out the site nasdaq.com Even with the Reg D completed ancr does not yet have 18 million in net tangible assets. As long as we incur operating losses I don't expect ANCR will qualify. It would be greaty appreciated if someone could tell me I am wrong.
