Don't know about building & Berg. I seem to remember, however, that the facility had been owned (?) by a battery maker like Eveready -- they had shut down a primary battery manufacturing line. Valence evidently was able to use some of the equipment. Who knows -- & doesn't make much difference since it all seems like a silly & inconsequential rumor anyway.
