The Money Tree
(Being a poem plagiarized from alexa.)

When rabbits had no hare,
Only ears,
And minutes turned to minutiae,
And days ran out of years. . .

Trolls crouched among gnarled limbs and leaves,
Sneezing teeth, barking rough barks,
With sticky aphids crushed beneath their palms.

Twigs full of hair, winding dreams,
A child of spiral seasons.

And in the summer I ate of the money tree,
Being banished forever from Eden.
