Well, I met Frank at the PUG booth, (he blew the 11 am meet at ASA) then went to the Ashton booth again and asked them if they had that yellow fancy sittin around. Guess what the girl said.... What yellow!!!! Hmmmm. Then I asked if they could show me the drill sites on a map and they took out a map with the Ashton property on it being about 1" square, Ha Ha... then said she could not tell me as she did not know where they were drilling. JAustin was around but I did not meet with him. Oh well... saw some core samples from K14, K91 etc. and those are mostly dark green marbly in nature. Some of the other core samples were actually white rock and all ranged in colour. They had indicator materials you could look at under a microscope and it looked pretty. I only wish they were the size they appeared to be under the mic!!! JAustin is speaking tomorow I believe at 1PM, so if you're there....
Aber had about a dozen piles of diamonds and security guard on duty. They were from gem quality to industrial use types. 2.5 - 3.0 carat size were about the size of a pea. PUG had a real cutie at the booth and not much to offer as far as info, but were excited about the pending drill programme on their property. - denis
