Pre Open 08:38 ET America Online (AOL) 89 1/4: Company says it will hold a media conference call this morning to make an international announcement. Speculation is that company and a partner will be announcing a move into Latin American markets. 08:35 ET Market Indication: Broader market indicated higher this morning. Current level of S&P futures suggests Dow advance of more than 30 pts at the open --- Overseas markets mixed: Japan -0.7%, Hong Kong +1.3%, S. Korea +3.7%, Germany +0.7%, France -0.5%, Russia +3% --- 30-yr bond off 8 ticks, yield 5.01% --- Merrill Lynch upgrades InfoSeek (SEEK). Stock indicated 4 3/4 higher. Network Solutions (NSOL)/Yahoo! (YHOO) sign global agreement.
