The question is, does that market exist?

Is this market as robust as it once was? No but to say the market doesn't exist or if you are implying that it is going away, that is fantasy in the intermediate future (say 10 years out).

Why would their creditors want to run them out of business when they're generating money and paying down their debt? Sure, maybe that process is running slower than some might want but it's not like they're going back to the well, over and over again.

I would think one of their toughest hurdles at the moment is finding qualified personnel to man their equipment. They're also still building new platforms.

While you may be negative on their future, I can see some potential. Will it be rosy? Hard to tell and the market certainly is saying no, it's not. I would be surprised if they go the bankruptcy route when it doesn't appear necessary at this time but one can never tell in this industry. When billions are on the line, one entity's flush down the drain is often another entity's Christmas gift.

We'll see....
