Thanks to all for responsiveness in recommending name changes and especially to Steven Durrington aka Durro for his excellent header revision.

I couldn't imagine another SI thread coming together on this type of effort more efficiently.

For those still interested and haven't participated, the risk assessment survey is still out there at post 3252(assuming the post numbers don't get changed). Would like to get a few more responses.

Looking forward to the first full week after the holidays and updates on all four of our subsidiaries.
