I love tofu and tempeh too. Been eating it most of my life. Especially in Thai and Vietnamese dishes.

If I start feeling better, I will still try to come out there. I really want to. I have a relapse going on of a nasty flu I had a few weeks ago. You wouldn't want to be near me right now.
