Exactly. That is standard Politics 101. Demonize the enemy and focus on hate and fear. Blair is very good at it. And his poodle impersonation for Dubya, it it can be called that. It's rather good for just an impersonation though. Never expected Blair to be blessed with congenital canine capacities.
