40 mile. Wasn't that the site of a Ucon gild kamp? Lotta zincum up in those there parts. 'Lying' George Washington Carmack -- the man who saw the salmon with golden scales. I think some prospective froze an appendage, euphemized to be his big toe, when he snowbooted 40 miles one night to the border on a gilded rush during the 95 craze. They called him stubby after that. On the plus side he only had to pay half rates at the chicken ranch after. Must be up around Circle City somewheres. When ur up there, you have to say somewheres n stuff like that, or you are one of the 'outside' people.
