Roger, I think you covered a MANU short position before the 2.2 million share S-3 was filed (includes 400,000 by the Chairman). Do you think that the offering tips the balance of risks in favor of shorting again? Or will the underwriters and company be able to prop the stock up through the closing date? It seems the company is in a bit of a rush to catch the market; hence the absurdly late amendment to the proxy statement for the July 25 meeting where more shares were authorized, disclosing that yes, the company did have a specific use for some of those shares in mind after all (see www.freeedgar.com).
