Form TA point of view, TEXN is a buy.
If it can go back to $0.5, it will attract
a lot of momentum players, and short term
traders. With only 9M float, it will be
very easy to shoot up. I like group effect,
too. but quality of the stock is equally
important. It is only my personal opinion.
