What a day!
After a full day of work and an evening watching the 3 yr old, I
switch on the pc and see 200 GIFS posts on the net!
Here's my view of it all...
1 - Everybody was so worried about Jeff S' being so quiet.
If I didn't loop thru all the posts until 12:30 last night, what
makes you think that Jeff S. has seen it too? He has a business
to run, ya' know. He wasn't born with all that money.
(Well maybe he was, but it's not my business)
2 - Craig Crawford leads off hte morning with an in-depth negative
post. Good news must be afoot.
Did you expect him to go down without a fight?
3 - Post about CEO having a criminal record. Howa long ago was this?
Was this before his GIFS days? Did the parties to the CRIC deal
know about it? (yes) Does it matter now? (no)

4 - There is a lawsuit pending against GIFS. Doesn't surprise me.

5 - Transfer agent gets the boot.
Isn't he the one who was involved in all that questionable stock
to Lou Sitaris? Do we really want them anyway?
Maybe he wasn't getting all the certificates, so GIFS will make
sure that they are being delivered.
This could also explain the delays in the dividend.
6 - Bad PR, bad web site. Look, do we want a company with a good book
value and great future earnings? After they have all the $$$
confirmed, will it really matter how the PR is?
7 - These guys who have the certs specified in the press release a
couple of days ago have alot at stake.
