when you start talking causation the discussion is lost on me. I don't think that there is a causal relationship with TA and the markets (some people do). I believe that TA is just another way to interpret data and then determine a course of action based on that data. In things like astrology based TA, I see the same thing. That is that the markets are cyclical and therefore looking for a correlation in another cyclical system is not something that I dismiss out of hand. I also don't "buy it" out of hand either.
