I think Gary Smith had written an article on shorting. Take a look at the street.com for his pieces, which I find useful.

I'll try to grab some screencam action at the open this am since I think it will be exciting.
If I had to guess looking at the futures and foreign markets which are getting clobbered, I'd look for 100, 120 pts right at the opening, maybe weakening significantly once they get them all open, then perhaps, if at all, some bounce in the 10:30 am range.
